'Knocked Up' Sequel On The Way

The sequel to the hit 2007 comedy, Knocked Up is currently preparing to shoot according to the film's producer and director Judd Apatow.

Apatow told reporters on Sunday at the Oscars that the film will star couple Pete (played by Paul Rudd) and Debbie (Apatow's real-life wife, Leslie Mann) five years down the road as a happier couple.

There was no confirmation as to whether Seth Rogen or Katherine Heigl will have a role in the new flick but Apatow did hint that some previous characters may have cameo's in the film. The funny filmmaker has even reached out to recent Oscar winner Colin Firth to play the wierd neighbor in the flick.
