Another 'Amityville Horror' Film in the Works

A new film based off the murders of the DeFeo Amityville family is in the works. This story is a favorite among the film industry who only last remade the film The Amityville Horror with Ryan Reynolds in 2005.

This version will be based on the book Amityville: The Evil Escapes by John G. Jones. The film's working title is The Amityville Legacy 3D.

The plot is similar to the original just different characters and according to the films producers, more twists and scares are in store for the audience.
