Stars Before They Were Famous: Ashley Greene

Most of the world was first introduced to the pint-sized beauty, Ashley Greene when she portrayed Alice Cullen in the Twilight Saga films. But before her breakthrough role as a fiesty, human-loving monster, she starred in mainly indie films.

Skateland was one of Greene's films that she made back in 2008, right after the first Twilight film wrapped. The flick first made its way through the festival circuit last year. But fans of Greene won't have to wait any longer, Skateland is set to hit select theatres on March 25^th of 2011.

The drama stars Greene as Michelle Burkham, a teenager living in a small-town in Texas during the 80's as she tries to guide her long time friend, Ritchie Wheeler (played by Red Riding Hood actor, Shiloh Fernandez) as he reavulates his life as he realizes he is becoming an adult.
