Audition to be in 'The Hunger Games'

It's official, The Hunger Games film is going to be shot in North Carolina and casting directors are currently searching for local actors to star as extras in the film. If you're looking to audition, look for auditions under the name Artemis, which is the film's working title.

The casting call specifies that they're looking for children and teenagers between the ages 12-18 and adults that quote have "interesting character faces."


The casting call will run for two days: Saturday, April 16 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. (Cleveland Mall in Shelby) or on Sunday, April 19 from 12:30- 3:30 p.m. (Carolina Mall in Concord).
